Ideal for waterproofing above & below grade foundations, basements, roofs, floors & more. Commonly used on masonry, cement backer board, ICF, wood, metal & EPDM. Blue Max® is easy to apply with brush, roller or sprayer. When Blue Max is used on any roofing substrate, it is important to topcoat with either our Maximum Stretch or Ames Premium Roof Armor to protect it from the sun's UV rays.
