Helpful instructions on the label
Leaves a tacky surface just as advertised Disclaimer, I am trying the Ames products on my boat deck. The Super Primer is very thin like water, and I applied it to the aluminum deck surfaces and to the asphalt deck surfaces on a sunny day with temperatures in the upper 50's and low 60's. It starts to dry almost immediately when you pour it out of the bucket, and a thin film would develop on the surface between brush dips. I used a standard roller which quickly flattened after 15 minutes. I wish I could have read the label's instructions before buying, which is different from the web site's instructions.
